RINA Serie 700 Pharmaceutical

The RINA Serie 700 models are horizontal batch centrifuges with automatic discharge (peeler centrifuge) dedicated to solid-liquid filtering separation of slurries with high rotating speed (see table below).

They are available in a large range of filtering basket sizes with a loading capacity of solid from 4 to 550 dm3.

The “Pharmaceutical version” of this equipment allows the absolute integration through-the-wall in a clean room for the most demanding processes in terms of cleanness and containment, separating the technical area from the production area. According to the Good Manufacturing Practices, the study of drainability, the absence of retention zone and the hermiticity of the machine guarantee a non-contamination of the product and the operator during the production of batches.

They are highly versatile thanks to the multiple configurations and optional items proposed. The programing allows several types of functioning recipes depending on the requirements of the process. They are providing a high operation flexibility such as variable residence time for spinning and intensive washing step(s), blanketing.

The sizing of those machines is being adapted to the requirements of the process and the production rate expected, with an excellent ratio between capacity / G factor / filtering area / price.

From the safety point of view, they can be adapted to work in explosive hazardous area with the relevant certification or approval for the operating location.
